We are delighted to announce that as of August 9, 2023, our refund process has undergone a revamp for enhanced convenience. All canceled prepaid orders will now be automatically refunded via the original mode of payment.

Here are the revised refund timelines:

edamama Beans (store points): Refunds will be processed within 2 to 3 business days.

Charge Reversal for e-wallets (Gcash, Grabpay, Maya, other e-wallets): Refunds will be completed within 2 to 14 business days, depending on your chosen e-wallet facility.

Charge Reversal for Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be issued within 2 to 14 business days, varying according to your respective bank's processing time.

Please note: For payments made via BPI Online (via Linked Bank Account), refunds will be provided in the form of beans. Should you prefer an alternative refund method, kindly fill out our refund form, enabling our team to expedite the process promptly.
