We’re sorry to hear that you’d like to cancel your order. Please note that we can only cancel orders that are not yet shipped.
If you've received a notification stating that your delivery is on the way, it means your order cannot be canceled. You can check your order status by clicking on your profile icon in the upper right corner and selecting 'My Orders.'
If your order has already been shipped and you still want to cancel it, we'll try to work with our logistics partners to help. If the delivery arrives and you've chosen Cash-on-Delivery, you can reject the delivery, and the parcel will be returned to us.
You can also cancel your order directly through your profile. Follow these steps:
Go to your Edamama account
Navigate to "My Orders"
To cancel a specific transaction in your recent order, locate and select "Cancel Order."
