You may return an ordered product within seven (7) days from the time it was delivered, given any of these circumstances:

  • damaged items/parcel

  • missing items (parcel not tampered)

  • lost parcel

  • expired products

  • unsuccessful prepaid deliveries

  • overcharged

  • defective product

  • wrong item 

The following items are non-returnable due to hygienic reasons purposes:

  • Formula and food

  • Intimate wear

  • Consumable items

  • Breast pump

  • Baby bottles

  • Made-to-Order items

Upon return, the product should be in its original condition, with packaging and tags intact.

As soon as you confirmed that the item/s you want to return meet/s these conditions, you may contact us here with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Name registered with edamama

  • Email registered with edamama

  • Photo/video of the item

  • Reason for exchange

  • Replacement item

If the return request has been confirmed, we’ll coordinate with you on the pick-up and exchange of your item.

In the case that there is no replacement item available, we will be proceeding with refunding you in the form of edamama Beans, or store points. Please reach out to us here with the following information: 

  • Order number

  • Order details (items, quantity & price)

  • Name registered with edamama

  • Email registered with edamama

  • Reason for refund

We’ll be forwarding your details to our team and we’ll be getting in touch with you if your request for a refund is approved. Once your request for a refund has been approved by our team, please wait for  1-3 business days before your edamama Beans are credited to your account.
