1. Changing items in an order
If you wish to modify items in a placed order, we must cancel the entire order and create a new one with the desired item/s. Please note that we can only cancel orders that are not yet processed. If your delivery is already on its way, cancellation is not possible.
You can monitor your order status by clicking on your profile icon in the upper right corner and choosing 'My Orders' from the dropdown menu.
2. Can I change my delivery details?
You can update your delivery information only if your order hasn't been shipped yet. Ensure that your order status hasn't progressed beyond 'Packed' before making any changes to the delivery.
