How to Change Your Delivery Address for an Existing Order

  1. Navigate to Orders Page/Track Order:

    • Go to the Orders Page or the Track Order section in your account.

  2. Select ‘Edit Details’ under address:

    • Find your order and click on ‘Edit details’ under the Address section.

  3. Update address details:

    • Enter the new delivery address and save the changes.


You are allowed to change your delivery address under the following conditions:

  • The order status is still in ‘Processing’ status or pending confirmation by our logistics team. 
    Note:  If the order has already been accepted by our logistics team, the address details can no longer be changed. 

  • The change of delivery address does not affect shipping fees.

  • The delivery address can only be changed once.

How to Change Your Address if No Order is Placed Yet

  1. Log in to your edamama App:

    • Open the edamama app and tap the profile icon at the lower left corner of your screen.

  2. Update delivery address:

    • Scroll down to the ‘Delivery Address’ section.

    • Click ‘Manage All’ to update an existing address or add a new one.

  3. Edit address:

    • Tap the three dots at the upper right corner of the screen.

    • Enter the updated details under the ‘Delivery Address’ section and ensure it is set as the ‘Default’ address.

    • Tap the ‘Edit Address’ button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
