Keeping accurate records is important—whether for personal tracking or business purposes. That’s why we offer a streamlined process for requesting a Sales Invoice or Official Receipt (OR) for your purchases. Here are the steps to follow should you need one.

  1. Complete the Sales Invoice Request Form: Access the form here.

  2. Fill out the required information: Enter details such as your order number, email address, and other requested information.

  3. Submit the form: Once completed, click Submit to send your request to our team.

Important Notes

  • Soft Copy of Sales Invoice is available for all orders nationwide and will be sent to your registered email address for easy access.

  • Hard Copy of Sales Invoice is available only for orders within Metro Manila. For hard copies, customers have two request options:

    • Pick Up: Collect the document at any of our physical stores within Metro Manila.

    • Direct Delivery: Request delivery directly to your address within Metro Manila, with delivery costs to be covered by the customer.

  • Processing Time: Most requests are processed within 2-3 business days.

  • Eligibility: Invoices or ORs can only be issued for orders placed through our platform.
