Keeping accurate records is important—whether for personal tracking or business purposes. That’s why we offer a streamlined process for requesting a Sales Invoice or Official Receipt (OR) for your purchases. Here are the steps to follow should you need one.
Complete the Sales Invoice Request Form: Access the form here.
Fill out the required information: Enter details such as your order number, email address, and other requested information.
Submit the form: Once completed, click Submit to send your request to our team.
Important Notes
Soft Copy of Sales Invoice is available for all orders nationwide and will be sent to your registered email address for easy access.
Hard Copy of Sales Invoice is available only for orders within Metro Manila. For hard copies, customers have two request options:
Pick Up: Collect the document at any of our physical stores within Metro Manila.
Direct Delivery: Request delivery directly to your address within Metro Manila, with delivery costs to be covered by the customer.
Processing Time: Most requests are processed within 2-3 business days.
Eligibility: Invoices or ORs can only be issued for orders placed through our platform.
