If you're still having problems like the app being slow, not responding, or showing a white screen, try these simple steps:

  1. Make sure your edamama app is updated to the latest version.

  2. If you see the "CONNECT NOT LOADING" error, try uploading a Profile Photo.

  3. Close and reopen your app to refresh it.

  4. Refresh the page you're on.

  5. Clear your app's cache.

If you can't update your app or get logged out unexpectedly, tell us here. Give us:

  1. A screenshot of the error message.

  2. Your email address for your edamama account.

Please note that we fixed the forced logout issue on Feb. 20, 2023. You shouldn't have this problem unless you haven't used your account for three (3) months.
