Be respectful. Be friendly and polite when interacting with others. Personal attacks, bullying, hate speech, and criticism are not allowed in the community.
Share appropriate content only. Offensive, hateful, threatening, violent, abusive, sexually suggestive, or derogatory comments or posts are not tolerated. Selling of products is also not allowed.
Respect privacy. Be mindful of the personal information you share with the community and respect other members’ privacy as well.
Communicate to be understood. We encourage everyone to use English and/or Filipino when communicating for a clearer and more meaningful exchange among fellow members.
Stick to the topic. Questions and comments must be related to the topic being discussed. If you wish to open an unrelated discussion, you may explore the different groups you can join inside Connect where you can get more related insights and comments about your concern.
Lastly, our community’s doctors are more than happy to share their advice and expertise with you! However, discussions on Connect are not equivalent to medical consultations. It is still best to seek medical help by setting an appointment with your family doctor.
