You may return an ordered product within seven (7) days from the time it was delivered, given any of these circumstances:

  • damaged items/parcel

  • missing items (parcel not tampered)

  • lost parcel

  • expired products

  • unsuccessful prepaid deliveries

  • overcharged

  • defective product

  • wrong item 


How do I process a return, refund, or replacement?


Contact our Customer Care through this link and provide the order ID along with a photo or video of the item for return, refund, or replacement. Make sure the product is in its original condition and packaging, including intact tags. Include the manual/user guide, invoice, accessories, and any freebies that came with the item.


Arrange Pick-up. Expect an email or call from us to confirm your request and verify the pick-up address for the product/s you want to return. Include a printed or written copy of the Return Authorization Number in the parcel, which will be provided by our Customer Care team using the RA-xxxx code.


Keep in mind that certain items are not eligible for exchange, refund, or replacement. These items include those from categories like breastfeeding, reproductive health, food & nutrition, and other items considered as intimates or for hygienic purposes.
