Our story begins with one mama who, with a new baby on her hip, found that the online shopping options for mama and baby are severely limited in the Philippines. It was quite difficult to find channels where the products were guaranteed authentic and of good quality, sellers were guaranteed trustworthy, and the shopping experience was guaranteed hassle-free.
With the goal of making shopping easier for fellow parents, this mama rounded up some more mamas, aspiring mamas, and kids-at-heart who are committed to providing a better shopping experience for parents.
Together, they put up edamama, the country’s first digital platform to use content, social networking, and commerce to redefine shopping and decision-making for parents.
