Getting started with Subscribe & Save is easy! Here's how you can subscribe:
STEP 1:
Log in to your edamama account. If you don’t have an account yet, here's how to sign up!
STEP 2:
On the homepage, scroll down to the Subscribe & Save section and pick a product you want to subscribe to.
STEP 3:
Specify the quantity of the item. Note that you can only add a maximum quantity of three (3) per order. Set the frequency of your subscription to 15 / 30 / 45 / 60 / 90 or 120 days. Once done, tap ‘Add to Bag’.
STEP 4:
In your bag, tap ‘Checkout’. Choose your preferred payment method*, and tap ‘Place Order’. Your free shipping will automatically be applied.
*Note: If you choose credit or debit card as your mode of payment (MOP), all succeeding orders will be billed and deducted automatically from your MOP on your Next Order Date. However, if you select GCash/Maya/GrabPay, your succeeding orders will revert to Cash on Delivery (COD).
If you would like to change your payment method, you can modify your subscription.
STEP 5:
Five days before your next subscription, you will be notified via an email reminder about the automatic placement of your next order.
If you wish to modify your subscription, you can do so directly in your edamama profile before your next order is placed. Here’s how to edit your subscription.
You can subscribe to as many products as you’d like with edamama’s Subscribe & Save! Do note that you can only get up to three (3) pieces of each product for every order!
All orders under Subscribe & Save are qualified for free shipping nationwide—no minimum spend required!
When you start your subscription, free shipping is automatically applied at checkout. It is also automatically applied to your succeeding subscription orders.
What payment options does Subscribe & Save support?
At the moment, you have four (4) payment options to choose from for your subscription orders. We accept payments through Maya, GCash, GrabPay, and credit or debit cards on your first month or first transaction.
Note: International-issued cards are not accepted.
