For the Web:
STEP 1: Visit www.edamama.ph and click on 'Login'.
STEP 2: Select 'Forgot your password?' from the pop-up window that appears.
STEP 3: Enter the email address associated with your edamama account.
STEP 4: Check your inbox for a password change email from us. Click the 'RESET PASSWORD' button in the email, and you'll be directed to a page where you can set a new password.
For the App:
Step 1: Open your edamama app and choose 'Forgot Password'.
Step 2: Enter the email address linked to your edamama account.
Two Possible Outcomes:
If the email address is incorrect or unregistered, you'll receive an error message.
If the email address is correct, you'll receive a message confirming that a password reset link has been sent to your email.
