You can track your order in two ways!


OPTION 1: Check your order status in the 'My Orders' tab on the app or website. You may check what the status of your order means here

Once it's shipped, click 'Track Item' to go to our partner courier's tracking link. Enter the tracking number provided on the site (note that it's different from your order number).


OPTION 2: After shipping, you'll get an email or message with the estimated arrival date, tracking number, and link. Use the tracking number on our partner couriers' tracking links:
