Step 1: Visit www.edamama.ph or open your edamama app. You can browse through our shop by clicking on a category or by typing a specific product or brand name in the search bar. Select the product to view its price, color variations, and available sizes.

Step 2: Once you've found what you're looking for, click 'Add to Bag'. Feel free to continue browsing for more items before you proceed to check out.

Step 3: When you're ready to check out, click the Bag icon at the upper right corner of the screen. Here, you'll see the items in your Bag and the order details. If you need to add more items, simply click 'Go Back to Shop'.

Step 4: You can choose to gift wrap your item with a minimum purchase of Php 3,000. Tick the 'Giftwrap' checkbox and add a gift note if desired. Note that gift wrapping is available per order, not per item. If you want items wrapped separately, place separate orders.

On the right side of your screen, you can add gifting and gift-wrapping instructions for the entire order. Once done, select 'Checkout'.

Step 5: After clicking 'Checkout', enter your delivery address details. If your address isn't listed, it means your area isn't currently serviceable by our logistics provider, but we're working on expanding our services.

Step 6: Review your Order Summary and choose your preferred savings option:

  • Use all your accumulated Beans or store credits.

  • Input a promo or referral code in the 'Promo or Referral Code' section and click 'Apply'.

Click 'Continue to Payment' once your orders are confirmed. For free shipping details, click here!

Step 7: If your Beans aren't enough to cover the entire order, pay the remaining amount through your chosen payment method and fill in your billing address. Click 'Checkout' when you're ready.

Step 8: For GCash and Credit/Debit Card payments, you'll be redirected to Xendit to process your payment.

Now, sit back and wait for your order to arrive! Delivery is typically 3-5 business days within Metro Manila and 5-12 business days outside Metro Manila. Our delivery schedule is from Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays and major sales campaigns. Please expect slight delays during major sales campaigns.
